Kirk Reich was named Vice President, Procurement and Supply Chain Management in May 2012. He is responsible for the company’s procurement strategy and procurement management, including MRO, services and supplies, capital projects procurement, purchasing, slab procurement, outside processing and transportation. Business Career Mr. Reich began his career with the company in 1989 at Middletown Works as a co-op student in the Engineering Department. He became an Assistant Civil Engineer in 1991, advancing to Process Engineer in 1994, Technical Manager in 1995 and Manager, Processing and Shipping in 1997. In 1999, he became Manager, Processing and Annealing. Later that year he transferred to the Rockport Works as Manager, Cold Mill, Temper Mill and Annealing. He was named General Manager, Mansfield Works in 2000. Mr. Reich became Manager, Mobile Maintenance / Maintenance Technology at Middletown Works in 2003 and Manager, Hot Strip Mill in 2004. He was named General Manager, Middletown Works in 2006, and Vice President, Specialty Steel Operations in 2010.

Cyril joined former Usinor in 1993. After an assignment in New York where he led several strategic and marketing projects, Cyril became a steel purchasing manager for Tubeurop in 1996 before taking up the position of Marketing and Development manager for Structural Tubes in 1999. From 2002 until 2005, Cyril served as CEO of Creusot Forge. He then became a Project Manager at Arcelor Purchasing responsible for managing the strategic purchasing plan as well as the ArcelorMittal post-merger integration process. In 2007, Cyril was appointed Manager – Lead Buyer Seaborne Iron Ore for ArcelorMittal Sourcing and was later promoted to General Manager – Head of Seaborne Coals in April 2009. Cyril moved to Chicago mid 2012 as Division Manager Procurement Solid Fuels and is in charge of coke and coal purchasing for ArcelorMittal USA and Canadian operations. Cyril holds a Master of Mechanical Engineering from Ponts Paris Tech and a MBA from College des Ingenieurs in Paris

Walter Energy, Inc.

Walter J. Scheller, III was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Walter Energy in September 2011 after serving as President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company's primary subsidiary, Jim Walter Resources, beginning in June 2010. Mr. Scheller has 30 years of experience in the coal mining industry. He served as Senior Vice President with Peabody Energy in various operational roles for four years. Prior to his career at Peabody, Mr. Scheller worked 23 years with CONSOL Energy in executive and operational roles. Mr. Scheller holds a Law Degree from Duquesne University, an MBA from University of Pittsburgh—Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business, and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mining Engineering from West Virginia University.

Mr. D. K. Ojha, Managing Director of Global Coke Ltd, is a professional entrepreneur who has pioneered the growth curve of the company, having turned around nonperforming assets of sick companies into consistently dividend paying assets in record time. He has been actively involved in the coal and coke sector since last two decades. He started his journey as a coal trader and thereafter established himself as a met coke manufacturer in India. Today, his company is the 3rd largest manufacturer of LAM coke in India, which is continuously expanding its foothold all over the country.

Hatch

Mr. Cameron leads Hatch’s upstream technology team which develops client-focused solutions for the production of iron and steel starting from the principal raw materials. His experience includes coke, pellet and blast furnace design and operations, assessing steel works energy balance strategies, and the implementation/impact of future iron and cokemaking technologies. He has optimized blast furnace operations, solved acute operational problems, and evaluated future raw material usage patterns for major steel industry raw material suppliers. Mr. Cameron holds Bachelor and Master Degrees in Metallurgical Engineering, and is a Professional Engineer with over 32 years of international experience.
